Bridget Johnson has almost 15 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing within the Energy, Industrial and Construction industries. Throughout her career, Bridget has established an extensive professional network across the tri-state region. She excels at fostering connections that lead to business generation, exceeding the goals and expectations of the company's growth strategies within specific markets. Additionally, she has found professional and personal satisfaction in applying her networking skills to influence more positive, productive team environment, fitting all the pieces together like a giant puzzle. 

As Sr. Business Development Account Executive at BlackRock Resources, Bridget is responsible for helping her customers find qualified talented people to join their companies. In working with the recruiters at BRR she helps qualify and identify candidates that fit the positions needed to fulfill the job requirements provided by the hiring companies. In addition, Bridget also seeks unique engineering opportunities as BRR provides niche engineering services to the oil and gas industry. 

Bridget currently service on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Oil and Gas Association. She was appointed as President of Women's Energy Network of Ohio 2022. Her experience as within the WEN Greater Pittsburgh Chapter has led her in this direction. Previous roles within WEN Greater Pittsburgh were Public and Industry Relations Director for 2019-2020 and Membership Director for 2021. In addition to her involvement with WEN, Bridget has served as a committee chair for the ACE Mentoring Program, designed to mentor high school students and inspire them to pursue careers in design and construction.

Amy Lang, CPG is a Partner at Forman Energy, Ltd. with experience in oilfield exploration, seismic acquisition and interpretation. Her work has included all phases of oil and gas development and exploration, including prospect and drillsite generation, wellsite evaluation, wireline log evaluation and interpretation, completion design, operations, economic studies, and planning and development of Class 1 and Class II disposal wells. Specific areas of expertise are 2D/3D seismic design and interpretation, exploration prospect evaluation/development and well site geologic evaluation in the Appalachian Basin. 

Experience 

•    2D, swath and 3D seismic work experience and management of projects for oil and gas exploration in the Knox Unconformity. Involved with all phases of seismic reflection including requesting and evaluating bids, the layout and design of 2D, swath and 3D surveys, development  of acquisition parameters, review and approval of surveyor’s coordinates, acquisition bird-dogging, QA/QC of field data, liaison between the acquisition and processing companies, review of third party seismic data, coordination of media transfer, seismic data management, interpretation, mapping and selection of drill sites. Extensive experience with LMKR’s GeoGraphix – E&P software suite, database management and working with several data formats including SEG-Y, SEG-P1 and shapefiles.

•    Seismic Lead for two EPA Class I disposal well projects.

•    Experienced with LMKR GeoGraphix, SeisVision 2D/3D, GVERSE Geophysics, SMT Kingdom and Global Mapper software packages.

She is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Independent Petroleum Association of America, Ohio Geological Society and the Ohio Oil and Gas Association.

She was appointed to the Ohio Geology Advisory Council in 2014 and elected to the Ohio Oil and Gas Association's Board of Trustees in 2017.
