Safety is the industry’s primary focus!
Please join the Onshore Safety Alliance as we partner with the Appalachian STEPS Network and Range Resources for an industry safety share forum. This safety share forum is designed for operators, drilling contractors, and service companies with personnel who work directly on onshore oil and gas well sites to come and share good practices and learnings. Registration is always free for OSA Safety Share Forums and is not limited to OSA or American Petroleum Institute members.
The OSA is a voluntary industry coalition committed to reducing and preventing serious injuries and fatalities in U.S. onshore oil and gas exploration and production. Through forums like this one, the OSA and our partners are working to bridge industry knowledge by sharing practices and learnings across companies.
The Appalachian STEPS Network is a chapter of the National STEPS Network. STEPS is an acronym for Service, Transmission, Exploration, & Production Safety. We are a group of 900 HSE professionals in the oil & gas industry who meet to network and learn. The Appalachian STEPS Network chapter encompasses the states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The goal of this organization is to promote health, safety, and environmental improvement in the Appalachian Basin and to foster a work environment that relies upon open communication and trust.
Range Resources Corporation is a leading U.S. independent natural gas and NGL producer with operations focused in the Appalachian Basin. As a leading natural gas producer and the pioneer of the Marcellus Shale, we are proud of our long legacy of delivering energy solutions and value to our partners and shareholders.
