Description

Attendees will tour a metal recycling facility to learn about scrap theft and what is being done at these facilities to help return stolen items.

On the tour will be Todd Forman who is the Senior Director of Law Enforcement Outreach for the Recycled Materials Association .

ACOPS is a regional group (fully supported by the state oil and gas trade associations) consisting of security personal from upstream, midstream and downstream operators from Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia as well as local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. The goals are information sharing, watching trends, and networking all in an effort to send everyone home safe at the end of the day.
