Bridget Johnson-Breon is a seasoned Business Development and Marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the Energy, Industrial, and Construction industries. She has built an extensive professional network across the tri-state region, excelling at fostering connections that drive business growth and exceed company goals. Bridget finds both professional and personal fulfillment in leveraging her networking skills to create positive, productive team environments—bringing together the right people like pieces of a puzzle.

As a Senior Business Development Executive at BlackRock Resources, Bridget helps clients find highly qualified talent to strengthen their teams. Working closely with recruiters at BlackRock Resources, she identifies and qualifies candidates to meet hiring companies’ specific job requirements. Additionally, she explores unique engineering opportunities, as BRR specializes in niche engineering services for the oil and gas industry.

Bridget is actively involved in industry organizations and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Oil and Gas Association. She was appointed President of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN) of Ohio in 2022, following leadership roles with the WEN Greater Pittsburgh Chapter, including Public and Industry Relations Director (2019-2020) and Membership Director (2021). Most recently, she has been nominated to join Women’s Energy Network - Global as a Regional Director.
