Chris has focused his practice on oil and gas for the last 15 years, and has extensive knowledge and experience with a wide variety of transactional and litigation issues affecting the oil, gas and pipeline industries in Ohio and Pennsylvania.  Chris counsels some of the largest operators in the United States in transactions, and also litigates disputes involving surface use agreements, operating agreements, the Ohio Dormant Mineral Act (ODMA), the Marketable Title Act (MTA), lease disputes, eminent domain, mandatory pooling, statutory unitization, royalty disputes, and mineral title issues, among others.  Chris also frequently help operators successfully navigate Ohio's statutory unitization process from start to finish.
