With over 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a passionate and dedicated recruiter who strives to find the best talent for EOG Resources, one of the largest independent oil and gas companies in the United States.  I value teamwork, diversity, and customer service, and I aim to contribute to the growth and success of EOG Resources by attracting and retaining qualified and engaged employees. 

As a Recruiter II, I partner with Human Resource Representatives and hiring managers to establish effective recruiting strategies and source candidates from various channels.  I screen, interview, and coordinate communications with them and the hiring managers. I also maintain a strong focus on customer service and follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status.  I have successfully recruited candidates for multiple positions and projects in the oil and gas sector, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of recruiters at EOG Resources.
